Nicole hails from Clio Michigan and is the fastest female of the Michigan Mafia Clan. It’s been proven that's where the fastest dirt trackers in the United States come from.

Thanks Nicole for taking time to update us all on your program this year.

So how the auction things go? We seen you pulled in some pretty big names to help
out with the festivities.

The Auction went great. It really a big help to have all those people behind me. I never imagined it to turn out like it did. I think next year I am going to have a lot more to plan for. Thanks for everyone who helped and participated.

With the Daytona National Short track and the Georgia Hot shoe right around the corner what are your plans this year? I know you took a pretty darn good tumble there last year, lets hope that doesn't happen again.

I am very excited for Savannah and Daytona. I really enjoy both tracks a ton. Last year was just a bad deal. I felt really good and just ran into a little trouble. This will actually be the first time I raced the short track since the armature program I ran down there. Really I hope to get off to a good start and have some fun. I would like to finish in the top 20 this year and make as many nationals as I can.

Tell all your fans a little about what a day in the life of Nicole is like?

Well right now Jared is staying with me until he closes on his new house he just bought. I usually wake up around 7:30 and head to the gym. When I get home I am usually on the computer and making phone calls for a bit. After that I try to get a bit of homework done so I can finish up my senior year. Then I have gymnastics 3 days a week from 4:00 to 7:00. I usually go riding just about every day that there is ice, which is awesome. We stud both sides and run tt's to. We just go out learn a little and have lots of fun. As for this year the ice has been pretty limited which really sucks.

When did you start racing and what made you become interested in such a male dominated sport.

Well ever since I was a baby my dad rode motocross and had a doom buggy. I went to the races every weekend with him. He always let me ride on the bike up to the start line with him and when I seen the little bikes I wanted one. So when I was 3 years old on Christmas sure enough that’s what I got. It was awesome I didn't even care about the rest of the Christmas presents. I just wanted to go and ride my new PW 50. I got to do my first race when I turned 4 years old and ever since I've been hooked. I actually started out moto crossing. I did do a little bit of dirt track when I was younger but really switched to full on dirt track when I hit the 80cc class. My interest sparked because of the competition. I grew up around a great crowd. I love to win and help inspire other girls to get into what is right now a male dominated sport.

Everyone has goals they like to reach throughout the season, what are yours?

My goals right now are to stay healthy and make some mains. I would really like to earn my GNC number and finish in the top 20.

Lets take a minute here and talk about your dad and that Ice racing thing he does, is he crazy? I was at Flint and those guys are insane. Will we ever see you doing that stuff?

LOL no there not crazy. I do have to say it is quite exciting. My dad really loves it. I think he just likes it to have something to do in the winter and he likes the banging. Him and Jareds main goal this winter was to take each other out. I don't think I will get in to it to much though. I did do it when I was on 50s 60s and 80s but my mom says it's to dangerous now and my dad says its to close to Daytona. (but really I think he just don't want me to beat him HAHA).

How old are you these days and when’s your birthday?

I am 18 years old and my birthday is June 11th 1987

I was sent a video from Trident Films about your self and I thought it was really good, are we going to see it for sale soon?

I don’t know maybe. I will have to get back to you on that one. I'll have to talk to Duffner about that. He sure did do an awesome job on it though. We had some fun while he was here. Jared and I also went and stayed with him this summer when Jared raced Bakersfield CA it was pretty cool and he showed us some interesting things.

FT.Com
Who are your biggest influences and why?

Well of course my dad I mean without him I might not even know what motorcycle racing is LOL. Also Scott Parker and Jay Springsteen. They've been around me since I've rode a 50cc. They have really helped me out with a lot through my years. I even have pictures of Scott and I while I'm on my 50cc and he's on his 750cc riding the ice. It's been a pretty cool experience being so close to both of them.

FT.Com
Do you have play bikes, and like so many racers who have tracks in their back yard are you among that group?

Of course I got play bikes lol what racer doesn't that’s the easiest way for us to get hurt lol. Yeah I have a motocross track in my backyard which is pretty cool and technical. I've been begging my dad to put in a short track but I guess I'm just not sweet enough HAHA. But we have a short track right down the road and we ride there quite a bit, especially on the XR100s. It's a blast when we get 5 or 10 of us out there.

What’s your favorite class in school and your favorite food and drink?

My favorite class is gym. HAHA. I am also pretty interested in the History stuff. My favorite food is baked spaghetti and, my favorite drink is Pink Lemonade.

FT.Com
Ever ate at Big Johns Steak and Onions?

I just had to ask that one. Bring me one to Lima will ya? I love em!

Oh, heck ya. They definitely got some awesome subs. Ever eat at in and out burger? LOL they got some good food to. Yeah I'll stop by on my way to Lima and bring ya one.

FT.Com
Anything you'd like everyone to know? Any future plans?

I really like to help little kids. Some day I would like to do a benefit to kids who don't have life like we do. I think it would be cool to get a few different dirt trackers in on it. But that will probably be later down the road.
