I suppose that question could be up for debate in certain circles.

All I know is he is a devout muslim who walked into a crowd of unarmed/innocent people with the intent of killing as many as possible.

on CNN all night...
I find it amazing that not even family
had the slightest hint he was on the edge
or had the slightest tendency towards
going over the edge at some prior time!

About six months ago this lunatic started spewing his hate America, kill the infidels crap. Right then and there he went from a US Soldier to a radical Islamic terrorist. The real US Soldiers are shooting at and killing radical Islamic terrorists. The firing squad is what this guy should get. But it won’t happen. The PC crowd will get him off somehow. The government will spend millions of dollars to convict this guy, and the taxpayers will spend millions more keeping him in prison for life.

I just saw on Fox News a report about this shooting. The guy got off over 100 rounds from a FN5.7 handgun. http://www.savvysurvivor.com/fn_5.htm

Looks like a nasty weapon. 5.7mm, 20 round mag, lightweight, low recoil, will easily pass threw bullet proof vests, and the bullets will yaw (tumble) when it hits, just like a 5.56 / .223 Remington.

To Efficiently drop and lock five magazines from such a firearm takes
a fair amount of practice. The shooter was obviously familiar with the
