Aid to Injured Riders Establishes Fund for Injured

Aid to Injured Riders (AIR), a non-profit organization that provides
financial assistance to injured Flattrack racers has established a fund
for injured racer Terry Poovey. At this time Poovey remains in critical
condition at Memorial Hospital in Springfield, Illinois as a result of
injuries sustained at the conclusion of the Springfield Mile race on
Sunday, May 28, 2006. All funds will go directly to the family of Terry
Poovey to help with medical bills as well as travel and accommodation
needs as the family is from Texas and they have traveled to Illinois to be
